※ Graduating students of all academic programs who require credit transfer in order to graduate must apply for credit transfer between 10:00 AM on May 26, 2025 (Monday) and 5:00 PM on June 9, 2025 (Monday). The results of the credit transfer application can be checked via the “Student Information System” starting from 10:00 AM on July 3, 2025 (Thursday).

※ Please apply for credit transfer online through the “Student Information System,” including uploading the transcript and course syllabus in electronic format, and submit the original transcript to your department. (Please upload and submit all required documents within the above timeframe to avoid affecting your rights.)

※ After submitting your application, if you wish to delete any credit transfer data, please email the Office of Academic Affairs at academic@asia.edu.tw during the application period. Include your student ID number and the credit transfer application serial number for deletion. You may still add or delete information before final submission.
