113 Academic Year Graduation Theme Slogan Creation Contest Submission Guidelines

  1. Activity Purpose
    Encourage enrolled students to unleash their creativity by crafting slogans that represent the spirit and vision of graduation, and to select an official theme slogan.

  2. Submission Content
    Submissions should be inspired by “Asia University” and the “Graduation Theme,” expressing youth, affection for the alma mater, and an optimistic outlook for the future. Entries must be creative and exude positive energy.

  3. Submission Format
    Slogans are not restricted by language (suggested to be no more than 10 characters).

  4. Eligibility
    All currently enrolled students may participate; each student is limited to one submission.

  5. Submission Deadline
    Submissions will be accepted from now until 5:00 PM on March 31, 2025.

  6. Judging Criteria

  • Creativity and Originality: 35%
  • Meaning and Expression: 35%
  • Representativeness: 20%
  • Conciseness and Memorability: 10%
  1. Awards
  • First Prize: NT$3,000
  • Second Prize: NT$2,000
  • Third Prize: NT$1,000
  • Two Honorable Mentions: NT$500 each

  • All entries must be original; duplicate submissions will result in disqualification.
  • The copyright of the winning entry belongs to the organizer and may be used for promotional purposes.
  • The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
